Tasks and responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage day-to-day activities within the Network Operations Center (NOC).
- Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and ensure proactive resolution.
- Coordinate with technical teams to address incidents, outages, and service disruptions promptly.
- Implement and enforce incident management processes to streamline issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with IT personnel to implement network changes and upgrades smoothly.
- Act as a central point of contact for communication during critical incidents, ensuring timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
Generate reports on network performance, incidents, and resolutions for management review.
