Start to develop the skills needed to prioritize where to allocate time and resource and how to grow business.Learn how to conduct price negotiations, produce sales quotations, manage contracts and provide added value propositions that maximize Stryker profitability.Develop an understanding of the local healthcare environment. Understand the patient pathway through a hospital and the role we play in providing product for suitable treatment. Gain an appreciation for the main departments in hospitals and what interaction we have in those areas.Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports Creativity and Team Spirit.Additional responsibilities as directed by RSM (Regional Sales Manager).
