As a Sales Supp. Specialist-Customer Support for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China, you will be responsible for order handling for ITS orders / coordinate internally and externally during the contract execution process.

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for customer information checking, application and maintenance
• Providing IDOC order review, changes, input contract information in SAP timely and accurately
• Being responsible for contract variation handling & Delivery arrangement till billing & Invoice Issuing
• Ensuring quotation based on inquiry and compliance with TOA
• Being responsible for export documents preparing
• Being responsible for maintenance vendor key message in customer’s platform

Your background

• Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, Economic related
• 2 to 3 years commercial experience; SAP and foreign trade experience preferred
• Strong organization and communication skill
• Work well under pressure
• Good at Microsoft Software
• Be fluent in both written and spoken English
