Buscamos :

El trabajo de Supervisor / a de Pisos se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando :

• Se ayuda en la implementación de los estándares y procedimientos de del departamento de pisos, proporcionando y asegurando un excelente servicio al cliente.
• Cumple y hace cumplir las normas de salud e higiene del departamento.
• Garantiza que se sigue la política de ahorro de energía y material y se reciclan los residuos generados.
• Se mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros del propio equipo y de otros departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a la operativa del hotel y el bienestar de los clientes.

Las responsabilidades habituales del trabajo son : supervisar el trabajo del personal de Housekeeping de manera eficiente para garantizar que los huéspedes y otros departamentos reciban un servicio rápido y cortés.

Revisar las suites del hotel para asegurarse de que el mobiliario, las instalaciones y el equipo están limpios y en buen estado y que, en caso necesario, que sean sustituidos.

Prestar especial atención a las habitaciones V.I.P., y los huéspedes repetidores. Coordinar con los demás departamentos todos los asuntos relevantes que afecten al estado del hotel y al estado de las suites, mantenerlos informados y hacer un seguimiento de los asuntos pendientes.

Confirmar el estado de limpieza de la habitación y los trabajos de reparación a realizar. Controlar el uso de los suministros de limpieza.

Supervisar los procedimientos de limpieza, los objetos perdidos y control de llaves.

What we are looking for :

The job of Housekeeping Supervisor is successfully executed when :

• All day-to-day housekeeping operations are well directed and controlled to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Complies with and enforces health and hygiene standards at the department.
• Ensures that energy and material saving policy is followed and waste generated is recycled.
• Maintains good communication with all colleagues in own team and other departments on matters that may affect in any way the operation of the hotel and the well-being of guests.

Usual job responsibilities are : Supervising the work of housekeeping staff in an efficient manner to ensure that guests and other departments receive prompt and courteous service.

Checking hotel suites to ensure that furnishings, fixtures, and equipment are clean and in good condition and, if necessary, that they are replaced.

Pay special attention to V.I.P.'s and repeat guests. Coordinate with the other sections of the housekeeping department and other Departments on all relevant matters affecting the appearance of the hotel and the condition of the suites, keep them informed and follow up on outstanding issues.

Confirm the state of cleanliness of the room and repair work to be carried out. Monitor the use of cleaning supplies. Oversee cleaning procedures, lost property, and key control.

Requisitos :

La persona que buscamos debe tener las siguientes cualidades :

• Mentalidad abierta, estudios relacionados con la posición y ciudadanía europea.
• Alta orientación al servicio, al cliente y a la consecución de resultados.
• Hablar español e inglés. Cualquier otro idioma se considera un plus.
• Conocimientos y experiencia en hoteles de 5 estrellas / lujo.
• Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.

Requirements

The person we are looking for, must have the following qualities :

• Openminded, EU Citizenship and studies suitable for the position.
• Focused on service and highly oriented to customer and results.
• Speak Spanish and English. Any other language is considered a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in 5 star / luxury hotels.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
