El trabajo de Valet / Mozo / a de Pisos se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando :

• Cumple los estándares y procedimientos de del departamento de pisos, proporcionando y asegurando un excelente servicio al cliente interno, externo y demás eventos del departamento.
• Cumple y hace cumplir las normas de salud e higiene del departamento.
• Garantiza que se sigue la política de ahorro de energía y material y se reciclan los residuos generados.
• Se mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros del propio equipo y de otros departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a la operativa del hotel y el bienestar de los clientes.

Las responsabilidades habituales del puesto incluyen : garantizar que todas las estaciones de limpieza estén completas con todos los materiales y ropa de cama necesarios para garantizar la limpieza de las habitaciones, baños, salas de estar y accesorios de acuerdo con los estándares de la compañía y la marca.

Mantiene las áreas de almacenamiento y los carros bien surtidos, limpios y ordenados.

What we are looking for :

The job of Housekeeping Valet is successfully executed when :

• Complies with departmental flooring standards and procedures, providing and ensuring excellent service to internal and external customers and other departmental events.
• Complies with and enforces departmental health and hygiene standards.
• Ensures that energy and material saving policy is followed and waste generated is recycled.
• Maintains good communication with all colleagues in own team and other departments on matters that may affect in any way the operation of the hotel and the well-being of guests.

Usual responsibilities of the position are : ensuring all cleaning stations are stocked with all necessary supplies and linens to ensure cleanliness of rooms, bathrooms, lounges, and fixtures in accordance with company and brand standards.

Maintains well stocked, clean, and tidy storage areas and trolleys.

Requisitos :

La persona que buscamos debe tener las siguientes cualidades :

• Mentalidad abierta, estudios relacionados con la posición y ciudadanía europea.
• Alta orientación al servicio, al cliente y a la consecución de resultados.
• Hablar español o inglés. Cualquier otro idioma se considera un plus.
• Conocimientos y experiencia en hoteles de 5 estrellas / lujo.
• Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.
• Ser dinámico, innovador, pragmático.
• Carné de conducir B1

Requirements

The person we are looking for, must have the following qualities :

• Openminded, EU Citizenship and studies suitable for the position.
• Focused on service and highly oriented to customer and results.
• Speak Spanish or English. Any other language is considered a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in 5 star / luxury hotels.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
• Dynamic, innovative, pragmatic.
• Car driving license.
