El trabajo de Restaurant Manager se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando :

• Se crea una experiencia única para los clientes dentro del concepto del outlet.
• Se consigue la mayor eficacia y satisfacción de los clientes a través de la buena gestión del equipo de servicio y en cooperación con el equipo de Culinary.
• Se mantiene una alta calidad de producto y servicio en el outlet.
• Se fomentan las ventas y se maximiza la satisfacción de los clientes.
• Se cumple con las normas de salud e higiene (APPCC).
• Se siguen las políticas de ahorro de energía y material y se reciclan los residuos generados.
• El personal está motivado y totalmente formado en todas sus funciones y responsabilidades.
• Se mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros del propio equipo y de otros departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a la operativa del hotel y el bienestar de los clientes.

Las responsabilidades habituales del puesto incluyen : Proporcionar un servicio profesional en todo momento y asegurarse de que todos los empleados del punto de venta asignado sigan el ejemplo.

Motivar al equipo para conseguir un nivel de servicio y estándares lo más alto posible. Conocer los servicios y productos que ofrece el outlet.

Atender las consultas y sugerencias de los clientes en el punto de venta de manera cortés y asegurarse de que se hace un seguimiento personalizado al cliente.

Gestionar la prestación de servicios en el punto de venta para garantizar un servicio excelente desde la entrada hasta la salida del cliente (bienvenida de las / los Hostess, rapidez en la toma y cumplimiento de comandas, atención y cumplimiento de peticiones especiales, cobro e invitación a volver).

Asignación de turnos y tareas al equipo.

What we are looking for :

The Restaurant Manager position is satisfactorily executed when :

• A unique customer experience is created within the outlet concept.
• The highest efficiency and customer satisfaction is achieved through the good management of the service team and in cooperation with the culinary team.
• A High quality of product and service is maintained in the outlet.
• Sales are encouraged and customer satisfaction is maximized.
• Health and hygiene standards (APPCC) are complied with.
• Energy and material saving policies are followed and waste generated is recycled.
• The rest of the staff is motivated and fully trained in all their duties and responsibilities.
• Good communication is maintained with all colleagues in the team and other departments on matters that may affect the hotel's operations and the well-being of guests.

Usual responsibilities of the position include : Provide a professional service at all times and ensure that all employees of the assigned outlet follow the example.

Motivate the team to always execute the highest level of service and set-up standards. Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered at the Outlet.

Perform up selling for all items offered by the department assigned as well as offering alternatives. Handle guest enquiries and suggestions in the outlet in a courteous manner and report them ensuring that the follow up is performed with the guest.

Manages service delivery in the outlet to ensure excellent service from point of entry to departure (e.g., greeting from hostess, speed of order taking and food and beverage delivery, fulfilment of special requests, collection of payment & invitation to return).

Assign schedules, tasks and responsibilities to the team.

Requisitos :

La persona que buscamos debe tener las siguientes cualidades :

• Mentalidad abierta, ciudadanía europea.
• Alta orientación al servicio, al cliente y a la consecución de resultados.
• Hablar español e inglés. Cualquier otro idioma se considera un plus.
• Conocimientos y experiencia al menos 2 años en hoteles de 5 estrellas / lujo.
• Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.

Requirements :

The person we are looking for, must have the following qualities :

• Openminded, EU Citizenship.
• Focused on service and highly oriented to customer and results.
• Speak Spanish and English. Any other language is considered a plus.
• Knowledge and experience almost 2 years in 5 star / luxury hotels.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
