Tasks
Supervising, organising and directing the work and schedules of the rest of the staff : cooks, waiters, waitresses, cleaners, etc.
Participation in the selection of staff and setting up of the premises.
Managing reservations and customer flow.
Collaborate and contribute ideas in advertising and marketing.
Proposing operational, logistical and functional improvements.
Stock control, delivery notes, invoices,...
To carry out the corresponding preventive and corrective maintenance.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar position.
Profile with Public Relations or commercial skills.
Fluency in English.
