For our growing Business, we are looking for an Executive Manager in charge of developing key accounts in the FMCG / Retail sectors, with a strong relationship spirit and within an approved and aligned trade term framework. Based whether in Madrid or Barcelona, your key responsibilities are : - Develop the sales strategy on your sectors, both nationally and internationally. - Acquisition of large accounts, generating business growth for the company. - Develop a strategy for the follow-up, loyalty, and optimization of our existing accounts. - Manage our positions’ briefing with the clients and ensure the correct execution of the selection processes, supervising the consultants assigned - Develop and consolidate the relationship with our different Partners - Collaborate with other departments of the company to enhance the sale of all services. You are our ideal candidate if you: - Show interest in HR and are convinced about Human capital as a key factor of success for organisations. - Have at least 2 years of experience developing commercial actions or key accounts, ideally in the headhunting sector. - Have a University Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics or similar. MBA would be an asset. - Are fluent in more than one European language (Fluent Spanish and English is mandatory). - Are a dynamic, proactive professional, result delivery focused, team worker, highly interested in what new technologies can do for HR Management.
