The Director Strategic Partnerships takes commercial lead of theaccount management as well as responsibility for strategic partnership(s)managed on a global and theatre basis.
The mission of the role is to optimizethe revenue contribution of the distribution partnerships.
This includes but is not limited to influencing the Distribution and Revenue Management Departmentswith the right business recommendations in order to maximize net revenuesglobally with the right insights and tools.
The role sits at the intersection of Radisson’s sales,e-commerce, marketing, revenue management and distribution activities andrequires cross departmental co-operation.
You will also engage with C-levelcolleagues across our business and partner organizations.
Rolesand Responsibilities include :
- STRENGHTENINGPARTERSHIPS : Reinforce current partnerships by acting as lead account director,holding overall account ownership by creating win-win solutions, leadingregular meetings including Quarterly Business Reviews, ensuring the correctdistribution or rooms and rates together with Partner adherence to Agreementterms, enabling the accurate and effective creation and distribution of Partnerproduction reporting.
- CONTRACTING. Lead Account Director of globalcontract negotiations, aligning and collecting feedback from all regions andstakeholders in order to meet needs and requirements across the company.
Broadunderstanding of the overall business, contracting experience and legal acumenrequired.
- UNDERTAKING OPPORTUNITIES & PARTNERPROJECTS : Identifying incremental revenue opportunities by presentinginternally new partner opportunities and / or new online Partners that cansupport RHG objectives.
- CONNECTING : Be the relationship builder forvarious internal and external stakeholders that are involved in the account atglobal, regional and local level.
- ACCOUNTPERFORMANCE : Takes commercial account management lead and is responsible forbuilding and strengthening the overall relationship of account(s) managed.
Implementin depth Account profiles and plans that show understanding of the complexityof the Account. Train, obtain feedback, monitor and support internal andexternal stakeholders in handling the portfolios in order to optimize theirperformance.
Influencing healthy rate execution to secure price positioning andrate integrity for the Radisson Hotel Group portfolio.
Requirements :
Bachelor'sdegree from accredited university - E-commerce, Marketing, BusinessAdministration, Hospitality or related major preferred
At least five years’ business experience in an international environment with a focus on sales, revenue management, account management and e-commerce
Fluent English both written and spoken, additional language skills are welcome.
Experience gained in an OTA, Wholesaler orHospitality group and previous revenue ownership an advantage.
