We are looking for a Marketing Manager (Spanish-speaking) - On-site to join our dynamic Sales team , from our Barcelona office .
The Sales Department plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth, managing client relationships and business development.

What you will do in this role
As a Marketing Manager on our team, you will :
- Ensure all regional marketing processes meet global brand standards
- Develop and implement a lead generation strategy with the Sales Director according to annual sales objectives
- Plan and manage the annual budget for regional marketing actions
Demand Generation :
- Design, plan, and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Organize and plan events, lead creative development, and manage vendors or agencies as needed.
- Manage all digital tools that allow the development, analysis, and reporting of marketing actions designed to generate demand.
Recognition :
Identify, coordinate, and execute awards and recognitions
Brand Positioning :
- Ensure brand messaging is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
- Manage relationships with sector-specific media to achieve significant impacts that provide visibility to the brand with differential aspects of the business;

Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you :
- Are bilingual or proficient in Spanish and have an advanced English level
- Possess a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or Business Administration
- Have experience in B2B marketing, data analysis and integration processes
- Can create cross industry marketing calendar and action plan
- Have experience in organizing and managing sector-specific events end to end
- Possess knowledge of IT tools such as : Google Analytics, Salesforce & Pardot, SME Campaign Manager, SAS BA, and Oracle
- Come with a business-oriented vision
It would be a plus if you :
Possess expertise in Business Analytics, Marketing Intelligence or Big Data.
