Service Sales Support Specialist, Cheonan (1 year Temporary)

As a Service Sales Support Specialist for Electrification Business Area in Cheonan, South Korea, you will be responsible for Service Sales Support has the overall responsibility to identify and cultivate IB customers.

Your responsibilities

• Identifying and evaluating end clients together with Sales Manager or Sales specialist. Regularly reporting progres against business strategy and plans
• Collaborating with Marketing and Sales and executes those activities that require end clients or sales specialist
• Supporting in driving strategic developing business network, developing customer relationships with sales specialist and customers
• Contributing to the identification and development of new and/or potential customers
• Utilizing the available marketing material or other available information to identify leads
• Translating the needs of the customer into the relevant ABB’ Service offering
• Understanding the underlying needs of the customer and identifying new business opportunities, as well as growing the business with existing customers

Your background

• A bachelor's degree
• Service Center or call Center experience is preferred
• Service, engineering experience in Electrical Engineering industrial parts would be preferred, but not mandatory
• Ability to identify customer service needs and to match those with ABB service offerings
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
• Basic level of English skill, native in Korean
