iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Talent Acquisition Project Specialist Europe - VIE Contract (W / M)
Target start date : 01 / 04 / 2024
Responsibilities :
- To support the delivery of successful Talent Acquisition Projects that enhance recruitment delivery and quality across the region
- To provide project management and coordination support for planning and execution such as defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources
- To monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of projects, and to identify and resolve any issues or risks
- To conduct research and analysis on talent market trends, best practices and competitor insights, providing recommendations for fact-based decision making
- To collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as regional Talent leaders, hiring managers, People & Culture partners, external vendors, and candidates, to ensure smooth and effective project implementation and stakeholder satisfaction
- To support reporting and analysis of Talent Acquisition data, such as hiring metrics, talent market trends or competitor insights and to provide recommendations based on data-driven findings
Requirements :
- Master s Degree in HR, Business, Communications, or International Relations
- You have an interest in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent and can demonstrate your passion for project management, by telling us about an impactful experience in managing such project, preferably in an international context
- You speak English fluently, any other language would be a plus
- With an analytical mindset, you enjoy analysing and visualising data and make them speak’
- As an excellent communicator, you enjoy building relationships
- You are at ease working in an international environment and working remotely
- Planning, organizing and project management is your second nature, and you enjoy leveraging technology
