DirecciónThe position We are looking for a Talent Acquisition for our ES team to help us grow the team and reach our goals. You will execute recruitment functions, working directly with the Talent Managers, in which you will own the responsibility for the internal Talent Acquisition of different roles for joining our Jobandtalent team globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Hiring Managers to develop effective job descriptions that accurately explain functions and qualifications for individual roles, as well as define the target candidate profile and screening process
- Source candidates and review applicants for junior and mid-level positions with Jobandtalent's internal team (L3-L6)
- Manage the complete screening process, from the first HR interview through the hiring decision, working closely with hiring managers across Jobandtalent's teams to coordinate interviews, evaluate assessments and drive decisions
- Perform competences interviews with candidates
- Conduct reference and background checks
- Make offers to successful candidates and coordinate the onboarding of new hires
- Provide an efficient, high-touch experience for all candidates throughout the key stages of their application, offer and pre-employment
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a headhunting or recruiting role
- Previous experience handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality when necessary
- Be self-motivated and have a desire to learn quickly, multi-task, being able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
Nice to have
- Masters degree
- Experience in a start-up or high-growth company
- Experience in Tech company
- Experience with ATS system (Lever or Greenhouse are a plus)
