The Role 📜
As a TechTalent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our engineering, product management, and product design teams across various seniority levels, including directors. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand the requirements, drive the recruitment process, and ensure the seamless integration of new hires into our organization. Your ability to identify and engage with exceptional candidates will directly contribute to our company's success in building innovative and high-performing teams.
As part of your day by day you will:
- Work closely with Product & Engineering to understand their needs and priorities, also you will have to advise them during the process to make better decisions.
- Conduct thorough screening of candidates through resume review, phone interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring teams, and providing timely feedback to candidates.
- Increase the pipeline of candidates through two different ways: Inbound Recruitment and Employer Branding to attract active candidates.
- Assure the best Candidate Experience in all the stages of the recruitment process, including NPS surveys and other metrics to achieve it.
- Sourcing the passive candidates and engaging them into our process from different channels.
- Manage the whole hiring process, we don't differentiate between Sourcers and Recruiters!
- Help the rest of the organization with different projects as People Analytics, Recruitment Training, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion and much more!
Your Profile
- Proven experienceas a technical recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced technology company.
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Passion for technology and a genuine interest in understanding the needs and aspirations of technical talent.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
