A Selective investment agency is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support their CEO with right mindset, soft skills and curiosity. The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs.

• Manage and optimize CEO's calendar
• Organize meetings on behalf of the CEO and other members of the executive team and important company Presidents and CEOs
• Managethe budget,monthly reporting of actuals and liase with the accounting department
• Handle the mail boxand support him on composing and preparing correspondence
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings
• Be expected to assist in the preparation of presentations, reports and documents on various topics
• Organize travel arrangements and take care of the organization on site
• Coordinate special assignments and projects
• Draft, edit and finalize documents
• Take care of the office management
• Prioritize inquiries and requests of various internal and external parties at all levels
• Assist in the preparation of speeches for the CEO
• Support and/or create material for the CEO for company or client's events
• Liaise with and support other functions when needed (Corporate development, HR, Office Manager, COO, etc.)

Perfil buscado

• Minimum 5 years of previous experience
• Experience in a fast-paced environment or growing start-up, ideally in the finance sector
• Fluent, even native in English, Catalan and Spanish. We expect impeccable written and oral level
• Advanced knowledge in computer skills, with both Google space and MS Office
• Background or a high interest in digital or tech
