Job description
This is a temporary position (4-7 weeks)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position, you will be responsible for :
- Inbox management
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Collating and filing expenses
- Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Requesting internal support to other service departments
- Writing or preparing reports
- Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures / administrative systems
- Other tasks that the Center may require
